  • Soundbaths at Sunset

    Join us for a tranquil sound healing experience as the sun dips below the horizon and the waves crash against the shore. Tuesdays at 6pm, we meet right off of the Dondanville Ramp onto St. Augustine Beach for this incredible event!


    Suggested Donation: $10 


    Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or beach chair for comfort!

  • Soundbath in the Park

    Breathe in fresh air and exhale stress under open skies with our peaceful soundbath in the park. Emeshed in nature, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation alongside our incredible live soundbath. 


    Bring a mat, blanket, or something soft to lie on — and allow yourself to simply relax and experience flo.


    Admission: donations-based event! Reccommended donation is $10!

  • the Reset Room Experience

    We will be holding a special 90-minute session of our Reset Room experience, including a live soundbath, a guided meditation, guided breathwork, and total relaxation!


    Held in collaboration with Star 4 Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio situated on a horse ranch, this is going to be an unforgettable experience of tranquility.

  • the Reset Room Experience w/ Aerial Silks!

    We will be holding a special 90-minute session of our Reset Room experience, including a live soundbath, a guided meditation, guided breathwork, and total relaxation!


    Held in collaboration with Star 4 Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio situated on a horse ranch, this is going to be an unforgettable experience of tranquility.  This Reset Room will include access to the Aerial Silks at the studio, so you can enjoy your soundbath experience in a full state of relaxation and rest as you hang!

  • Floating & Poolside Soundbath

    Sink into serenity with this incredible sound healing experience — designed to help you completely unwind as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, harps, and chimes ripple across the water.


    Guests can enjoy the session poolside or enhance their experience by floating during the soundbath for deeper immersion!
